Whether it be a wedding, fashion show, worship night, etc. everyone that walks through her doors is WELCOMED! If you are looking for a downtown venue with free parking, resturants walking distance and coming this spring a hotel for your guests...right next door! This is the venue for you! You will not be disappointed as Richelle is is supporting you the whole way with over 10 years of industry experience! Welcome Aboard!

I cannot say enough about Traine! We had our wedding ceremony and reception there last night and everything was beautiful! Our vision became reality. Richelle and the Traine team were wonderful and helpful every step of the way! From beginning to end, Richelle was there to help and was always there to answer any questions we had. If you are looking for a place to hold your event, go see Richelle and Traine! You won't regret it!

My family hosted a reunion dinner here in July. The venue was beautiful and the owner was friendly and accommodating. It has a chic warehouse/modern vibe that is perfect for any celebration because it gives you a lovely blank canvas. Lots of natural light during the day and ambient lighting in the evening. I would highly recommend this location for any celebration.

Gorgeous and chic, with extremely helpful and coordinated staff onsite. I worked this venue as part of a vendor team and was very pleased with all aspects of the operation. You can count on them to make all the moving parts of an event work in unison, and really deliver the guest experience that couples are hoping for when they dream up their big day.

This place ROCKS. It is a great spot to host your private event, wedding, shower, or whatever you'd like. The owner, Richelle, was on top of everything. She went over and beyond to make sure we didn't stress. We had plenty of chairs, and she was readily available if we needed anything. Most definitely recommend Traine at Seaboard Station for your event.

The Dock was the perfect wedding venue for us. We loved that we could do everything all in one place (staged getting ready photos, ceremony, reception). We had 112 guests and felt like there was plenty of room. Nicole was very easy to work with and explained everything fully. We did luck out and have a beautiful day where we could fully use the garage doors and outdoor area. We couldn't have asked for a better venue/day!

The perfect venue for our perfect day! From the moment we met with Beth Earley, she went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and helped us in every way possible to execute our wedding reception vision. Traine’s hard-wood floors, white-painted brick, and exposed cross beams create a charming space that coupled perfectly with our décor. The rolling garage doors that open to the patio provided additional space and a market-like atmosphere on the night of our reception. Many of our guests commented that the valet staff was extremely courteous, and we personally witnessed the bartenders working diligently to serve everyone quickly while remaining personal and interactive. We would highly recommend Traine based on its location and aesthetic alone, however the staff made Traine one of the best vendors we worked with and played an integral role in one of the best days of our lives! #sawyerlovebyrds2019
