Found this place by accident and wow were we impressed. The staff is friendly and attentive. Great cocktails too. The star of the show is the food. All high quality, amazing flavors, very creative and full blown comfort food. Be sure to call ahead if you want a table but definitely add this to your list of places to try.

What a gem. Firstly I really appreciated being greeting at the host stand in such a welcoming way. That seems a tad rare these days in Raleigh. Chis, our waiter made our night w excellent recommendations and his warm and pleasurable personality and vibe. The bartender crafted a tasty Halloween cocktail and was nice enough send a little extra so my friend could try it. The risotto, meatballs and fantastic market salad ( so fresh and quality) were SO good. The parm sauce for the meatballs is the last stop before heaven. All the staff members acknowledged us, made eye contact and smiled. What a fun feast in a friendly vibe adorable eatery. It’s obvious that Oak City Meatball is doing it right!! See you soon.

Subtle flavor with rich taste bud tingling satisfaction. If you wish to treat yourself to a dynamite meal you must eat at the Oak City Meatball Shoppe in Raleigh North Carolina. Their mouthwatering balls of meat lathered in a sauce of your choosing is a perfect way to kick off the night, or fuel your lunchtime. I enjoyed the traditional balls, with pesto sauce, with a side of spaghetti with blue cheese cream sauce. Only two drawbacks: 1: Its the only restaurant I know of, so yes they need to have more around the US. 2: For those with gentle bums they may find the seating a bit hard as its either your choice of wood or metal seating. That's it! Overall, I love this place and hope to go back if not find another one elsewhere in the world. Great job, keep it up!!!

I must go and sit in the restaurant some day soon. We ordered take out. The collard greens are "smack somebody" delicious. HUGE sides and I loved the classic meatball sandwich. This is a great, casual atmosphere with a FULL bar. I thought "This would be a great date night place", the moment I stepped through the door.

If you're a meatball lover I would definitely recommend this place. Really cool mix-and-match type menu. I got their pesto meatballs and risotto and I liked it. Only reason I'm not giving five stars is because I don't think I'll return. Not because I had a bad experience, but I don't really find myself craving just meatballs that often. I'm sure meatball lovers would rate it a 5 though!

This was my first time visiting here last week so I came in got greeted and sat at the bar. It was a tough decision to find something but I got the 2 buffalo meatballs with ghost pepper cheese and Parmesan as my sauce and a side came with it so I chose the market salad. The salad was sooooo good I ate that first before I touched the meatballs. It had strawberries, pecans, goat cheese, arugula with a vinaigrette tossed on it. The meatballs were huge and spicy but it was delicious.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Oak City Meatball and it was an absolute delight! The standout dish for me was definitely the Chorizo Mac and Cheese - it was the perfect combination of spicy chorizo and cheesy goodness. The Buffalo chicken meatball was also a winner - it had just the right amount of heat and flavor. And let's not forget the spicy pork meatball, which was really good too. Aside from the amazing food, the atmosphere was great - casual and welcoming with friendly staff who were more than happy to help us with any questions we had. The restaurant is also conveniently located in downtown Raleigh, making it a perfect spot for a quick lunch or dinner. Overall, I highly recommend Oak City Meatball to anyone looking for delicious, unique meatball creations in a fun and inviting setting. Don't miss out on the Chorizo Max and Cheese - it's a must-try!
