Absolutely loved it! The aroma in the shop hits you hard, and it is a pure delight. The coffee was great, one of the best I have had, the chocolates were amazing, make sure you take some with you for your loved ones, they will cherish it for sure. The ice cream was great as well. The staff was very courteous and patient. And chocolate tasting! Don't miss it.

Very cool chocolate factory tucked away downtown, never would have guessed what it was. Chocolates are delicious, varying types of bonbons, bars and other good chocolate items like cocoa nibs and hot chocolate stirs. The smells were incredible and the chocolate matched the experience. Great for kids and adults!

The place gives you the vibe of being inside a chocolate factory, the smell of chocolate is in the air and they have free chocolate bar samples pieces so you can try and pick your favorite. We got ice cream and a Videri drink It was pretty good. The self-guided tour is interesting and you can enjoy getting to know the process of chocolate making.

Smell the chocolate from far away! This is an amazing cute factory. Take a quick tour by yourself to learn and see the process of making their chocolate. Then stop into the tiny store and try their bar chocolate! They have samples for all their varieties and they all taste amazing. It's incredible the different flavor notes you can taste. Definitely worth taking some home with you. Their honey caramel truffles are the BEST. Super friendly staff. Open to questions and very informative.

Videri should be at the *top* of your “must-see” list when you visit Raleigh! The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. The space is inviting, comfortable and charming. I placed an order for chocolate and it was delivered on time and in perfect condition. Definitely recommend and can’t wait to go back!

I love that even if you don’t like dark chocolate you can still go here for the educational purpose and there’s a coffee shop inside. The ease of getting a free sample or 2 is awesome and welcoming. Ended up just getting a bag of chickadee covered popcorn but also stopped by the coffee shop and got some coffee beans (you do have to grind them yourself) and a chocolate drip. Very cool that they have so many coffee flavors.

We were nearby on a very well deserved date night and I saw this place had soft serve. Now, new to the state we have not found soft serve down here yet. I’m assuming since it’s so hot LOL so stopped in for some ice cream and some bonbons to take home to our son. This place is super cute and we love the vibe especially coming from MPLS. They offer some samples to taste the chocolates. We grabbed some s’mores, 4 bonbons and the soft serve. Would definitely recommend and we may grab some chocolates to send back to MN for Christmas gifts of some NC chocolates!!!!!!

Giving them 4 stars because I didn't order anything. I was so excited to try the chocolate but Im not a fan of dark chocolate which is literally the only kind of chocolate they serve. I missed that part. It smells absolutely amazing when you walk in. They do have coffee and ice cream too. Please Videri can we get some milk chocolate?
