Amorino Raleigh - Excellence In Italian Gelato

Yummy flowers were blooming today at Amorino. They had a variety of different gelato flavors displayed in a very clean case. I decided to go with a small cone with a blueberry cheesecake macaroon. Everything was soft and filled with flavor with each bite I took. The staff was dressed very nicely in their uniform. She told me I was able to choose up to three different flavors, but the milk chocolate flavor had me. Lol

We enjoyed our first trip to Amorino Gelato Raleigh. Both of our gelatos were delicious. The setup for ordering and getting in line again was a tad chaotic and would be my only disappointment. We enjoyed the macaroons (we ordered 4!) make sure to eat them quickly or refrigerate them because they are made with gelato.

You first pay and then you choose the flavor. Before getting a flavor they let you try it which is a plus I had the grande cup and you can choose 3 flavors. I liked the: -pistachio -hazelnut -Tiramisu -blueberry cheesecake. Less space to sit inside and is busy at night. I went there on a Friday night. Coming backfir the macarons!! They were delicious. Our bill came out to be $39ish

The challenge of being gluten and dairy free is spontaneity. . Its very difficult stopping to have a great like everyone else unless you do some research. And in the heat of summer who doesn't want an ice cream. . But I researched and found Amorino had several dairy free options of Gelato which was great for our date day seeing the spider exhibit at the museum, the Lego experience, some shopping, we stopped by Amorino's I got the dark chocolate and mixed berries Gelato, my hubby got the blueberry cheesecake and a lemon Gelato, but what made this experience exceptional is the setting. We sat outside at the little bistro table and enjoyed listening to the gurgling water fountain and people watching and midday there was no trouble parking on the street. It was a sweet end to our day.

Amorino in Raleigh had pretty delicious gelato. I’d tried Amorino in San Francisco long back and had fond memories, and this place didn’t disappoint either. We tried their pistachio, tiramisu, vanilla, milk and chocolate, and dulce de leche flavours. Everything tasted well, and fresh. The service was prompt with multiple people helping out customers. The gelato is pricy, with one medium sized gelato costing around 8-9 dollars. There’s seating available inside and outside. Parking nearby can be a challenge, but you might find street parking on the neighbouring streets.
