Bad Daddy's Burger Bar

My best friend and I dined at Bad Daddy's about a week ago, and our service and food was as great as usual, par excellence..but I also have to say, a superb manager by the name of Jessica came and in introduced herself to my brother and I..she was incredibly eloquent, warm, and overall, a very sweet, beautiful lady. We visited this location 2 different occasions, 2 weeks apart. We were in the area for travel soccer and needed to accommodate large groups in short notice. Both visits this location accommodated and provided amazing service to our groups (both over 20 people, adults and children). We sat upstairs and Brianna and team managed our group with ease! We have traveled MANY places with large groups for youth sports and this location hands down was the most organized and pleasant business to work with! We had such a great experience with the girls' team in early November that I made a point to bring our boys' team 2 weeks later. Above all of the customer service elements, the food was amazing!! Fantastic burgers, fries, tots and beverages!

I like to order online and pick up from here at least once per week while at work. Their "create your own" salad is fantastic...always fresh ingredients and very generous portions. I usually have to run in quick and get back to the office to have time to eat before my next appointment. About a week or 2 ago I did this and when I got back to the office discovered they had forgotten my silverware, dressing, and a couple of toppings off the salad. I called just to let them know so they could be more diligent with checking the togo orders. The manager Shawn invited me to come in so they could make it right. So I came in with a friend this week and they took such great care of us. Jessica was our server and her customer service was flawless and extremely personal. The food was wonderful and the atmosphere was nice too. They went way above and beyond to make up for a little inconvenience. Thank you so much! We will definitely be back

Was there with my fiance and we sat at the bar. Our bartender greeted us right away and got us drinks. She showed up within 10 minutes give us drinks and take our food order. This is why things fell away. After taking our food order both bartenders disappeared. There were customers at the bar but no bartenders to service them. We waited over 25 min for grilled chicken salads, which at other Bad Daddy's locations we have been served within 10 minutes. While the bartenders were missing we noticed 6-8 wait staff just hanging out and talking in the kitchen breezeway. This is an extremely poorly managed branch of this chain and would not recommend

First time at this location and it was great. Ms. Ray assisted with our orders and very helpful doing so. My custom burger 🍔 was on point loved the fried egg and crispy bacon 🥓 the bad daddy sauce can be dipped with anything, sooo delicious 🤤. I thought the Philly steak with cheese 🧀 was shaved but came crumbled. Different but good. Clean place and environment friendly staff. Definitely would like to come back.

We popped in on a Saturday night and had a great dining experience. There was no wait and we were seated immediately. Our server, Cam, was really attentive and even though he was new, had favorites and shared his honest opinion with us. Always ask your server their favorites! We ordered the chips and queso with bacon and the homemade potato chips as appetizers. Both were great- but my favorite was the chips. Dip them in the bad daddy sauce. I ordered the chicken tenders (which are Awesome!) and the rest of our group ordered burgers to their specifications and none of us were disappointed. The food was great! We ended dinner with a Chunky Elvis shake. They were served in a refrigerated glass that had chocolate syrup squirted all around the inside and topped with whipped cream. Yummy! I highly recommend!
