The Cupcake Shoppe Bakery

I'm impressed with the Cupcake shoppe each time I place an order. They catered the desserts for our company's grand opening party and the cupcakes were the same color scheme as our logo and tasted great!! I also ordered Christmas cookie boxes and cookies for the kids to decorate and they were so good!!

I had my baby shower here and it was absolutely wonderful. We were able to host the private event on Sunday afternoon. The cupcakes and sweets were incredible, as usual. We went with chocolate, vanilla, and caramel and they did not disappoint. My family and friends had so many great things to say about The Cupcake Shoppe—this will forever be my go-to cupcake and bakery. And equally as important — the owner was an absolute pleasure to work with and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I had such an amazing experience, I can’t recommend them enough!

We used the Cupcake Shoppe for the dessert bar at our wedding. The wedding cake they made was absolutely perfect and tasted delicious. We also had cookies, mini cupcakes, brownie bites, and cakepops. All of our guests loved the desserts and we had none left over! I highly recommend using them for your wedding or other event.

My fiancé and I went cake tasting because we plan on getting married and were considering this place. When we tried the cupcakes they were very dry and hard. They were not fresh at all and had been sitting out all day. My fiancé and I placed an order over the phone and arrived around 4:15pm and tried the cupcakes at the shop. It was confirmed that the cupcakes were made early in the morning by staff. The box was 20$ for 6 cupcake flavors but I would expect for the cupcakes the be fresh. This was the worst 20$ spent. Do not recommend. I would suggest this place if you like stale dry cupcakes. UPDATE: I spoke to Arlen the manager and she was very nice, understanding, and accommodating. She offered to resolve the issue promptly. I’m updating this review because I appreciate their customer service which is extremely important to me!! Thank you 😊

Amazing place, amazing people! I was looking for a bakery to make a cake for one of my best friend's bachelorette party and the Cupcake Shoppe did an amazing job! They were enthusiastic about the design and executed it to perfection! It was so good that even the restaurant staff at the restaurant where we served it were stopping by our table to offer their compliments. Design aside, the cake was delicious, moist and very well priced. The team at the Cupcake Shoppe were friendly and excited about making the cake from day one and I would work with them again! Highly recommended!

The Cupcake Shoppe did all the treats and cake for my daughter's baby shower and we couldn't be happier! Everything was really yummy and turned out exactly how we wanted it. Don't hesitate to book them for your event. Note: We did the top of the cake and cupcake toppers ourselves to match her theme. The cake topper was made for her by someone else to match the baby's nursery as a decoration after the party.

We had a great experience with The Cupcake Shoppe for our daughter’s wedding cake. They created an absolutely beautiful 3-tiered cake as well as a kitchen cake to supplement. Cupcake Shoppe was a part of our special day! Our wedding!! We absolutely loved the fall flavored pumpkin chocolate, and apple cider cupcakes! Arlen was so easy to work with and was so happy to be a part of our day! The wedding cake they designed for us was absolutely breathtaking! It was so gorgeous! The food was delivered way before time we needed it and it was so easy to contact anyone we needed! We are so happy we picked Cupcake Shoppe for our wedding!! The guests loved the cake and the cupcakes as well! The wedding cake was the absolute best we’ve ever had!! The cupcake and cake stands were exactly the right size and were perfect! We contacted The Cupcake Shoppe for a custom batch of sushi cupcakes - and they knocked our socks off. The cupcakes were delicious as always, but the sushi designs were so thoughtfully put together and detailed. They turned out better than we ever imagined. On top of that, the customer service was great - everyone was kind and easy to work with.
