Pho Xpress

I’m not typically one to leave a review, but in this case I will. The food is absolutely on point and always great. Very very consistent. The atmosphere of the shop is nice even though it can be a little cramped and tends to get overcrowded. The only thing that needs improvement is their service. They’re not very friendly, or very timely. When ordering takeout from here you will be told that your order will take 20 minutes but when you come in after 30 it will take them an additional 40 to get it out. They don’t call names, they don’t communicate, and they expect you to just know your order is done. That’s my only complaint and I hope they can improve this.

This was my first time ordering food here. It appears to be a popular and very busy little spot. You will find that the menu has a variety of options for every taste bud so you will surely enjoy something from the vast array of menu items. There was a bit of a wait for my food but again this seems to be a very popular spot with delicious food, so it was worth the time. Pho noodle soup, vegetable spring rolls and mango bubble tea was my meal. YUMMY! 😋 If you like Vietnamese cuisine this restaurant is a great option for you.

They have really good food. The banh mih are really good. This time I had the tofu bowl and a tofu fresh roll. They were both very tasty. Together it was very filling. The pho is also really good. I enjoyed the rare beef when I had it. Overall, this was a very tasty meal at a slightly higher price than I'd like, but it was reasonable enough that I've eaten there three times already.

Good pho in a nice and clean dining environment. I have been looking for my go-to pho place in the triangle area. Although pho xpress sounds not as authentic given its name (usually I searched for restaurants named pho plus a number), the pho here tasted good and full of umami flavors. The beef brisket was very tender as well. It will not be my last time here, look forward to exploring different dishes in pho xpress.
