Level7

A few months ago my husband and I were headed to Raleigh for a Friday afternoon out before dinner. We did a google search for Cocktail Bars and Level 7 popped up. We decided to give it a try and have returned almost every Friday since! The atmosphere is lovely and welcoming. The Rooftop lounge is amazing! Usually Ashley is tending bar and makes a great cocktail. We have not ordered any food yet, but it looks fantastic. The last time we went, we had the pleasure of meeting Diego, the manager, who was extremely friendly and really wanted us to have a great experience. So glad we decided to make the 50 minute drive that first time and will definitely continue!

I usually go to Level 7 with my friends, my clients and my investors. I love the staff, they are always nice and friendly. I recently had an issue with three charges showing on my account from Level 7. I immediately called the manager of AC hotel to see why there was showing three charges. The manager Diego was very helpful trying to assist me and finding why the charges are showing. I informed Diego that when I was at Level 7 on Saturday, the bartender Julia was very helpful and nice to remove a charge that was not suppose to be on my bill. Diego did some research on the situation and was able to fix the issues and apologize for the inconvenience. I am very thankful for all the staff at Level 7. Level 7 has a great atmosphere, aesthetics and amazing drinks and food.

Level7 was pretty decent. My girls and I went on Saturday and I believe our waitress’ name was Sydney. She gave IMMACULATE service and was very supportive in our efforts to have a great time. When service got a little slow (I’m assuming the bartenders got overwhelmed) Sydney was transparent and made sure that we at least had waters ready to go and our food was fresh. Amazing work hiring that woman!!
