O'charley's

Unfortunantly they closed this restaurant location in 2018. I understand there is one in Cary, but have not visited it. The Brier Creek was a Nice restaurant, reasonable prices, good variety menu & good food. Service was generally good, but they were really busy for dinner on weekends- so some wait. I was a repeat customer 1 -2 times per week, & consistently have a good dining experience. May try Cary location eventually.

I go to lunch at this O'Charley's location every week with at least 1 other person. We enjoy the food and of course free pie Wednesday. Service has never been a strong point until today and Paul was our waiter and he rocked!!!! Not only was he the waiter and bartender he was also covering tables for a waiter whom was not there and all I can say is that we have never had such wonderful service. Paul did not make us feel that we were taking up his time, we have never had such attention. We told Paul that we would see him next week! This location needs to have more Paul's on staff! Thank you for an enjoyable lunch!

Wow!! Service was amazing! Our waitress, Renee, was super outgoing and really nice. She makes you feel welcomed and with the lunch rush she maked sure we didn’t feel like we were forgotten about. My friend didn’t like her food and the manager came back to ask us what was wrong and if there was anything he could get us to make up for it. They took her meal off the bill and continued to apologize. The staff is absolutely wonderful and I’m happy with my experience while I was visiting Raleigh!

Excellent lunch dining experience. I arrived early and said that I wanted to color. I was given what I needed and had fun while waiting for my guests. Chris was a terrific waiter. He took our specialized orders—then, made sure we got what we wanted. Our food was served by another person and she was very nice. Chris came to see if we needed anything else. We did. After we had time to enjoy our lunch, another woman checked to make sure that our lunch was perfect. It was. We also enjoyed telling about NC to Chris and how he is from Rochester, NY. We had a wonderful time and lunch!!!

Below was 6 months ago...I absolutely had a wonderful time tonight and my waitress was Desiree she was awesome as for her when you come!!! 😉😁 Our waitress was not professional at all! She seemed as though we were annoying her! Everytime we requested something, she would respond with "what!" She was also rude to her coworker...I understand being short staffed, but you must be professional and courteous at ALL times! When I received my entrée, hair was in my food and she brushed it under the rug, not offering to take it off my ticket! Let me be clear, I'm not here to get" free" food, it was the service that had me feeling disrespected! However, I do want to applaud the manager, Stephanie who was very helpful in this situation... Thanks Stephanie!! We will come again because Stephanie, the manager resolved the situation!

4 of us visited this restaurant on Sunday around noon and ordered some brunch dishes. The omelette I ordered was good and hot, and had the extra cheese and mushrooms I ordered. My husband's french toast meal ended up getting cold before he could get the other condiments he requested. The manager on duty, Jamel, was professional and prompt in correcting the matter. We appreciate Jamel's great customer service!

The service has been hit or miss for us, however I do love their apps, the chicken fingers (regular or chipotle), and of course their sweet rolls! Their margarita was pretty sweet and when I told the waiter he didn't seem to understand how to make the drink at all stronger. This however didn't change my perception, just a little disappointing because it's a simple margarita!! Anyways, most of the time the staff has been pleasant and the food has always been on point!

Very good food and fast service! Visited this location about 12:30 pm on a weekday and sat in the bar area. There were quite a few people seated in the area but the bartender was able to keep up. Dining area was not busy. Ordered the Chipotle-style chicken tenders and french fries for $10 and the portion size was perfect. Along with the yeast rolls, there was plenty of food. Will definitely eat here again!

Came in to celebrate my birthday today. Was told a 15 minute wait and ended up waiting for over 30 minutes. Got to our booth and 15 minutes had past before we stopped a waitress to ask if we could have some drinks. She apologized for us not having been waited on yet. Her name was Gloria and she took our order for drinks AND food, even though it was not her table...she took us on anyways. She is the reason for my 4 star review. The waitress who was supposed to be waiting on us came by 5 minutes after our order was finally taken to "welcome us". We told her "we've already been welcomed and waited on, so thanks anyways". Thank you Gloria, she is a wonderful waitress who was very patient and personable. We let the manager know as well. They also offered me a free dessert. So, in closing...ups, downs, and all...amazing food and a great waitress can really make the difference between 1 and 5 stars. Thanks Gloria!
