Red Lobster

The drink was amazing, as was the food! Great atmosphere! The main problem with this location is the service. We had to ask three different employees simply for silverware that took over 5 minutes to get as our good sat on the table in front of us getting cold. Why didn't we have silverware when we sat down?! The waitress got an attitude when I asked her to bring some. Ugh. Some of these attitudes are horrible. We did leave a tip for the bartender though. I ordered the cinnamon whiskey sour in this picture.

Sometimes you are exactly where you're supposed to be at any given moment. I felt that when visiting this Red Lobster on Sunday. Margo greeted me with such warmth, she anticipated my needs and made me feel so loved. I know this is not really her job but just the attentiveness she showed was amazing. You don't see this so much anymore. When I return, I will definitely be looking for Margo. She made me want to return. I doubt if anyone else would be able to fill such amazing shoes. The bar has been set!!!

I was there on a weekday for lunch. I was surprised with the small amount of customers compared to what I usually see when passing by. I chalked it up to maybe it was a little too expensive for a weekday lunch. I had the shrimp fest (all you can eat) and an amazing waiter who was attentive and we never had waits between our orders. There were 3 older ladies (about my age) celebrating one's birthday next to us. I didn't know it at the time, but I had an overwhelming desire to buy the 3 ladies lunch, which I did. (Not that I'm wealthy) That's when I found they were celebrating the birthday! I think more people should think of others! It's amazing how good it makes you feel when you do!!!

This was a great dining experience. The food was tasty even if a bit salty. I was a little disappointed they don't offer shrimp cocktail as an appetizer any longer (Dragon shrimp was not a suitable replacement as the server suggested as it was spicier and saltier). I ordered the Crabfest as my entree and I was extremely pleased. I wish to return again in the near future

AMAZING EVERYTHING! I've been to "Red Lobsters" countless times over the past 20 years(mostly Greenville and Rocky Mount). This is BY FAR the best experience I've had in one. Upon arrival, they told us the wait time would be 25-30 mins. *Actually, it took half of that time. (So, I'm glad that we chose to wait.) The food was delicious and hot. The manager swung by to check on our table (no complaints). Last but not least, our waiter Milique (Malik) was courteous and attentive *despite the place being busy..we never had to look for him. ALL around great time! Didn't mind leaving a big tip. Will certainly come again the next time I'm in Raleigh.

My friends and I were there for lunch and a birthday celebration. Dallas was an excellent server-very attentive. I love lobster, but sometimes you van smell the tank. We did not. The cheddar biscuits were fresh, hot, and soft. We got the lunch specials. My friends got the coconut shrimp with a baked potato. I got the shrimp scampi with a loaded potato. I was surprised at the end with a dessert and a song. A very pleasant outing today.
