Tropical Picken Chicken

I have dined at this restaurant twice now, and was pleased both times with the quality and amount of food (for the price) received! The steak sirloin was tender, juicy, cooked perfectly, tasted fabulously! I also found the beans and plantains were complementary, absolutely delicious! 😋 I ordered the same dish twice both visits! 😅 I was able to try my friends’ dishes- we like to share, and you know what? There was nothing to complain about! Everything was tasty! Service was good (provided once by Grace and the other time by a young Hispanic man with curls on his head and an earring that dangled), the environment was welcoming, and the interior was spotless! Please do visit if you’re craving flavorful Puerto Rican food! 😊

I stopped in here to eat lunch with my friend from the Dominican Republic and we really enjoyed it. The food was very good and very well prepared. Everyone that works here was super nice and we were helped & had our order taken quickly. In fact we were seated quickly in the middle of the lunchtime Rush hour. My friends food was served quickly but my cubanito patacon took a lot longer to get there. That's why I rate four out of five stars. But other than that our experience was great and I always enjoy eating at TPC.

I got half a chicken, white rice, and fries. The fries and chicken were delicious. The meat just fell off the bone and had good flavor. The rice was not good. It was dry, a little undercooked, and flavorless. I know a lot of people are like, "Well, yeah it's plain white rice," but I'm sorry, no this was different. The rice at El Paca is phenomenal, and honestly I like that restaurant better over all. My husband had the bandeja paisa with red beans and yuka fries. He loved all of it.
