Chili's Grill & Bar

This is my favorite Chilli's in the area because of the bartender Chelle. No matter how busy it is she services everyone with a smile and a kind word. She is CONSISTENTLY wonderful! I worked in the customer service industry for over 25 years so I am aware of exceptional service to customers. Also a shout out to her manager Brad! I met him the last time I was there. What a nice guy!

This has been my third visit to this location over the last year and a half and I am extremely impressed with the turnaround I saw during this visit. The restaurant was staffed with highly capable wait staff. The food came out hot, fresh, and fast. And the interior and exterior of the restaurant was clean and comfortable. I wasn't expecting this visit to be as good as it was, so all in all, it was a really great experience. I will be going back.

I really enjoyed this visit to Chili's. I was welcomed by the server who set me in her section. It was towards the end of the lunch rush so there were two servers. When I ordered my food I had a special request on how I wanted it cooked. She said she would do the best she could. The servers worked together to give great service to all quickly. The manager brought out my main course and asked how everything was so far. My table was cleared of dishes and napkins as soon as I pushed them aside. It was a joy to see the employees being friendly and enjoying taking care of the guests. I will definitely be back! Almost as a side note the food came out hot, fresh, as I requested and as excellent as the service! Thank you for the pleasant experience!

Felt bad the had one waiter the person that seated you was cleaning tables waiting g on people coming in sweeping the messes under the tables that people left. The bartender was waiting on tables in between making sure her bar customers needs were met. People chose not to stay and wait 25 minutes to be seated. We did and got good service and good food. You just had to be patient and respectful. The two of them did an awesome job!

I was a little worried by the reviews, but I'm overall happy we gave this place a chance. The food was really good! Our server was patient and a sweetheart. There's not one negative thing I could say about the food. It came out rather quickly and the quality and toppings were plentiful. Even our Halloween cocktail was made strong. The only negative thing I could say at all was there was a musty smell, faint but there, and was a little dirty smelling near the bathroom. And the seats were ripped in our booth. I do suggest they clean whatever is causing the musty smell because a dirty smell can be off-putting. Happy with our visit for sure, would have been 5 stars based on food alone.
