Looks like it is under new ownership as Ox Tail and the Banh Mi, Fried Dumplings are absolutely amazing. Pho broth is also very savory!

Pretty good food I've eaten here a couple times since it reopened but the wait is really long and the server was incompetent. I would recommend this to anybody wanting some good vietnamese food but you should expect to wait for your food.

Really great tasting Vietnamese food at great prices. Had the spring rolls, the pork bahn mi, and the combo pho bowl. It was very flavorful and fresh! Cute little place, will definitely be back!

They just reopened under new management and a new name last weekend. They're still working on changing the sign and everything, but they're called Pho Oxtail now. I had a BBQ pork sandwich that was phenomenal, and a Thai tea with boba that I could tell from the taste was actually brewed and not made with a powder. Everyone was friendly and the place seems to have gotten a great facelift since the last time I was there

So it's a little bit of a hole in the wall, but the food is very good. Decent Pho, but what I come here for is the Bun bo Hue. It does not disappoint.

The best spot for pho in the city. Having tried 5 places in Raleigh, this one shines through. Their beef pho broth is incredible, and their banh mi sandwiches are to die for. Be warned that it usually takes a while (30+ mins) to get food on most trips there, but the end product is beyond worth it.

Great bubble tea and decently good pho! The service can be spotty (just be a bit more verbal or walk to the counter if you need something), but patience pays off. There is not a very wide selection on the menu which is no issue since they specialize. The bah mi is priced fabulous. The selection of bubble tea is the best anywhere in Raleigh. Go for the bubble tea.

I guess I'm not one for pho because i didn't care for it and I haven't other times I've had it , but my friend enjoyed it. But dat bubble tea doe....

Food has great taste to it ! Very authentic and the Pho broth is not as minty as other Vietnamese restaurants. I love it and recommend it.

The best Bún Bò Huế. However, we ordered 3 dishes, the first two came out after about 10 mins and we have to wait about 15 minutes more for the other one
