The workers here deserve the world. I go to this location frequently, and today when I walked in the woman working the register had memorized my order. She also did something else very nice for me, and complimented me. People like this deserve the world, and I hope her efforts do not go unnoticed (unfortunately I don't know her name) Thank you for brighting my day!!

Smoothies are very tasty! But not so much refreshing (meaning that healthy feeling afterwards) they are a bit sweet, since they add a full scoop of Sugar! It’s good if you want something sweet but also to make you feel like you’re drinking healthy! go for it, but if you’re looking for something more on the natural side look otherwise!

Angela's customer service was amazing. I was not able to come into the location because I had my baby in the car with me. However, Angela really took care of me. She took my payment over the phone and she brought the food out to me because I was not able to leave my car. This is quality customer service that you do not receive everywhere and it is an amazing feeling when a business like this hires people like Angela who displays care through her actions. Thank you so much Angela for making my day feel special with this amazing lunch from Tropical Smoothie.

I just recently started ordering from Tropical Smoothie Cafe because I was looking for healthier meals. The smoothies are wonderful, and once I tried the Apple Kale Slaw....I was hooked. My disappointment with the order I placed today is the portion size I received with my order. I literally got one fork full (what you see is all I got). I'll try one more online order, and if the portions are not sufficient, I'll have to discontinue ordering online. Hope it doesn't come to that. Other than that...good place to eat.

i am not really big on smoothies but one thing is for certain in any industry, is that it does not matter what you are selling all that matters is how you sell it. we do this through our customer service and catering to our clientele when needed. That is why i want to say hands down i enjoyed my service and experience this past week due a star employee named Marie!!! she greeted me with a warm smile as soon as i entered into the oh so very foreign smoothie shop, she even went further as to give valuable insight on the menu and was completely honest about what she did and didn't like, thereby giving me the proper guidance to order effectively despite the line behind! Thanks so very much Marie!
