Food was really good as expected. The employee was very rude. It was 6am, I'll cut some slack.
Update: went again and had the best experience possible. Was able to have the order ready and everything tasted great. The manager is very helpful.

I went with friends to Breugger's on Strickland. "Ms." Shirley didn't like the way the egg white looked and made a fresh one for my bagel. Their customer service can't be beat! Just look at the melty cheese...

What a great way to start the day. The person making our order was very friendly and funny. I got the smoked salmon bagel sandwich and it was absolutely satisfying. Just what I needed before a long hike.

I LOVE this Bruegger's. The customer service is unmatched. I always order ahead and due to the app not allowing customizations I have to call in. Nick (the previous manager) was always willing to adjust my order (toasted bun, add onions) and him as well as other employees like Allie had my order memorized. I don't give a lot of google reviews, but it's always a memorable experience and they help me get a quick made to order lunch at least once a week!

Ordered ahead for breakfast and everything was ready quickly. The online app doesn’t have all the menu items and I let the girl behind the counter know and she added the couple things missing off my Better Bacon Cheddar without issue (I had simply asked for a side of the cream cheese for it). Overall was a good experience and good service there. The food was tasty as well and all the bagels were great.

Ahhhhhhhhh hah found it…… I stopped in today for one sandwich sat ate outside smh went back in and ordered another one Smokehouse brisket egg sandwich 😳 omg my sandwich was still sizzling or so I thought when I looked at it lol taste of New York breakfast ahhhhhhhh

I come here every Wednesday but I’ve never had better service than I did today! I walk in and immediately I'm greeted with a smile and they called me Mam which was just so nice and the bagel being made itself was 3x faster than normal without me having to repeat anything and the cashier made small talk with me and was all around just very nice not to mention the bagel was WARMMM! Really good start to my day! 10,000/10

This place is good for a quick snack or to pick up some bagals for the office! Easy to order, bulk discounts, and bundled with cream cheese. Lots of selection. They didn't explain that the bundled price was more than the 1/2 dozen so it ended up being $12 for 6 bagels and 2 cream cheeses. But the quality is worth the price for sure. Good bagels, even better cream cheese!!
