Chicken and fries are always hot. Meat is not dried out. Dining area is always clean. Cashiers are prompt, pleasant and attentive.

The service is excellent and the staff is accommodating as always as you would expect from this Bojangles branch. The rest room is the most tidy of all their outlets that I have visited. I don't have to talk about their food as theirs is the same throughout North Carolina! God speed!

This is the best Bojangles in Raleigh. The food is always hot, fresh, and fast. They should pass some knowledge along to the others because this store is the best.

I usually go by here after work at least once a week. The staff is kind and the service is fast. The good is consistently prepared.

The biscuits are always fresh no matter what time you come in and that also goes for breakfast food served all day here and I was a little discouraged trying breakfast for dinner at a fast food restaurant and I got a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and it was hot and fresh and fluffy biscuit. The coke was really good. The bo-berry biscuits are good too.

It's Bo time all the time! I always make time to stop to get a few of their famous biscuits and of course their wonderfully seasoned hot fries, yummy! My only recommendation is that they season the fries once they come up out of the grease hahaha. I am grateful they now start to give out little packets of the seasoning upon request.

This really is a great bojangles. Always fast and efficient service. The only negative things I have to say is that they are the worst at seasoning their fries. Every time I go here I always have to order “extra” seasoning on my fries because the fries have no seasoning whatsoever. Today I ordered fries with extra seasoning and there is barely any seasoning on the fries. Other than the fries issue, this is a great restaurant.

Cleanest Bojangles I have ever been too! The staff are always cleaning the dining area and friendly workers in whole store. Food was hot and fresh. This location also has a nice big dining area with booth seats! Definitely go check out this location! Yum!!

I am from the Midwest and was told I had to try some Bojangles while visiting and I am glad I did. There is nothing this good back home.
The biscuits. I haven't stopped raving about these biscuits since I had one. Amazing.
The chicken. So tender and juicy while the breading was crunchy and perfectly seasoned.
