Employees didn’t even act like they wanted to work, didn’t get order correct and had to pay extra due to their ignorance. Pizza was fine though.

Went to order me and my daughters pizza there were three employees talking and joking at the front and when I asked were they open they said no but all the other ones were to me they were being lazy and did not want to work and that made me not want to come here again

When did Sbarro stopped making whole pies?!! As my husband and I were placing our order with a nice gentleman for a whole mushroom pizza, the lady working the register yells out "We don't make whole pies!". I checked the menu which clearly states whole pies for sale right above her head. The guy looks at her with a shocked face and told her he could make it. She then tells us that they were out of mushrooms. I heard the guy tell her that they had mushrooms. You clearly have an employee who needs customer service training or needs to find employment outside of customer service.

I try to order and the person in front told me that he was no open he had everything ready but he say no them I waited another couple came and he did not wanted to sell to them sadly I wanted to try it for the first time if owners of the place would be there this wouldn’t happen
2 are working none of them would sell

There’s more people in the line now almost half an hour ago and they’re still standing there losing customers

You guys need a better personal! They owner lose a lot a money. I eat front to this place and they didn’t have any pizza available in like 30 minutes I was eating there they lose like 17 customers. I hope the owner Shaw this review Bc I got my restaurant too and this is unacceptable.

Asked to order a XL pizza. The worker literally said No, you can have what's already made. The other worker didn't say a word and had ear buds in the whole time.

I went here with my kids. We showed up at 12:03, just slightly after the website says they opened. I was told when we got there they don't open until 12:30. If this is the case, they need to update the site.
