Fine but the staff needs to pay attention. They make you state the order, repeat back something totally different after a pause... And are like whaaaaaaa did you say. This is the trend of hiring people that don't care. And it I'll affect your bottom line. I am tired of it. I will go to Andy's next time if they can't get it right.

I’ve been taking my family and the kids to Dairy Queen’s for many years. I would say the ones we have here locally are the best. Not only for the blizzards but how great the staff is with my kids.

Food was fresh & hot. I was waiting a while for someone to come to lobby register to take order. The trash was very full, table & chairs were sticky & My husband had to request someone clean where we wanted to sit before we sat.

Dairy Queen’s are iconic in the south. I don’t expect a great atmosphere just good food and shakes. Excellent!

TLDR: Good comfort food, extremely friendly and attentive staff, clean bathrooms.
Our family of four (with 2 young kiddos) came here for the first time on a whim for a low-key Friday night dinner. We have a tradition of eating burgers on Fridays and recently moved to this area of town so wanted to explore places we normally wouldn’t go. The last time I’d visited any DQ was out of town on vacation and it happened to be a horrible experience, so I had low expectations for this location. We walked in and were immediately greeted by multiple employees and they were so patient as our 3-year-old took forever to decide. No other customers were there when we arrived, but it got busy soon after. It took maybe 10 minutes to get our food but we were in no rush and happy to wait. One of the employees delivered the food right to our table and apologized for the delay. The bathrooms were clean, everyone was happy with what they ordered and it was a great surprise to the kiddos that they got a cone with their meal. We’ll likely be back often, especially for ice cream.

Everyone enjoyed the coconut cream dilly bars. I’m sure the ice cream cake will be a hit as well. Anthony helped me with my order and he was fast, friendly, and efficient. Dairy Queen is lucky to have such a good worker.

Today was my first visit to this Diary Queen. The drive-thru was moving fast. We got the strawberry sundae & brownie sundae they were sooooo good. Brandon was so nice and professional. I told him being a Senior citizen I love great customer service and he has the best personality. I will be back to this Diary Queen. Happy Customer😁

Workers were really friendly and communicative (we ordered online and picked up curbside). Food was delicious as always,1 error in the order (my side was wrong 😭) so I couldn't give it 5 stars.
