Make sure to let someone at the counter take your order. Unless you know how to use the self serve kiosk you can easily charge yourself too much for what you want. Had soup and a sandwich. The cream of chicken was warm, while my coworkers bowl of soup was so hot he had to wait 5min to try it. (Our plates came out simultaneously.) The grilled cheese,.. sadly the easiest sandwich to make but what a mess.. bread barely buttered or toasted, the cheese was not melted and the bacon I added was stringy and not cooked well enough to be on a sandwich. This location is very busy and I was surprised to have the experience I did. Staff was helpful. The carpets need to go the decor is old and dated and needs an uplifting upgrade, otherwise the atmosphere is dated.

Love their menu choices and food is always fresh and tasty, coffee at this location I find always right in flavor and temperature, morning staff at ordering desk sometimes seem a bit overwhelmed when only one or two on shift, it's so hard to get my cup to serve my pre ordered coffee since they removed them from self service station.

This is one of the nicest PB's I've been to. First time at this location and I'm thoroughly impressed. The flow of the order line and restaurant as a whole just makes sense. Kathy was attending the order window to help push out dine-in and pickup orders, which gives a sense of priority to every customer and results in fast delivered service. Never seen that at any other PB and she was rocking it! Food was fresh and exceeded my expectations. The tomato basil bread that comes with the turkey sandwich I got is something I've never had, and it's basically a necessity in my life at this point from now on when I go back. I'm not a big bread eater and I manage to forget that every time I get one of their sandwiches. I'm beyond satisfied with this place!

Food and price: The food is fresh and tasty. The soups are a tad expensive. They only offer 3 sides with their soups or sandwiches (an apple, a hunk of hard bread or a tiny bag of plain chips). I wish they had other options or lowered their prices and made the side an upcharge so we aren't forced to pay for it. Staff & Service: The staff are super friendly, but the service is sometimes slow and I wish the staff would take the time to get the orders right, especially customizations. It seems they are trying to multitask while taking orders at the drive-thru. Sometimes it takes 20-30 minutes at the drive thru. Sometimes it's fast. Cleanliness & Atmosphere: The restaurant cleaning is pretty good but not excellent. I wish they would clean tables and chairs (and bathrooms) more frequently after customers leave. The overall atmosphere is very nice. They have lots of booths, half booths, tables, power outlets, a beautiful fireplace, and lots of little private nooks. Extras: The self-serve drink area and separate coffee bar need a little more attention. Refills and cleaning should be more frequent. I also wish they had Coke products (personal preference). Kiosks & Pickup: They have many self order & pay kiosks inside. Unfortunately, this means the front registers are often unmanned and I've seen confused and frustrated customers. You can also order with the app (which is very good, but could use some more customization options) and pickup using curbside, drive thru or at the pickup area inside, which has a nice waiting area with seating. They also have a nice display board showing the progress of your order. Generally a pleasant experience with just a handful of little areas to improve.
