Jersey Mike's Subs

From the time I walked in the door I was greeted very pleasantly with a welcome to Jersey Mike's and someone will be with you shortly. Within moments the guy came and asked for my order. At check out I thank him for the staff being so pleasant. The lady there said thank you for your patience. My tuna sandwich was made the way I requested and it was delicious. I really thank this team for treating their customers like they matter!!

I came in to grab a sandwich quickly before work, the gentleman who was cutting the bread informed me it would be a long wait for a hot sandwich, I said it would be okay. He recognized that I patiently waited for awhile, offered me a drink, and checked on myself and other patrons waiting. I work in hospitality, so I understood his stress of making sure everyone was okay and knowing that he was aware of the length of time it was taking. There was only one gentleman working the hot sandwich station. I truly appreciate his attention to detail and my delicious sandwich :)

My daughter and I were in town for the City of Oaks volleyball tournament. I needed to order dinner for the team to have late that night after we finished playing. I ordered through Grubhub however it wouldn't let me specify to have the toppings and condiments on the side. I called the store directly and the nicest young man who was working was so accommodating by letting me add the items to the side plus he let me add bacon as well. When we received the order at the hotel everything was perfect and the girls were thrilled to have dinner waiting. Thank you so much for the outstanding service.

I went in on Monday and it seemed like everything that could possibly go wrong in the span of 20 minutes, went wrong! Nevertheless my sub was delicious and the blonde woman and the man working were great, I wish I had gotten their names. They were clearly short staffed, yet the man in front of me in line was being very impatient. The woman making his sub definitely felt rushed and cut her hand on the slicer, so they had to take the slicer apart and sanitize it. While the blonde woman was cleaning the slicer, the other lady cleaning her cut, customers continued to flow in and the man took down everyones orders. He goes to ring me up and the credit card machine goes down…. It may not sound like a lot but anybody who’s worked in a restaurant knows how stressful this would be, especially when there’s only three of you working! Given the situation, I wouldn’t have been surprised if my sub wasn’t up to standard but it was still sooo good. I don’t ever write reviews but these employees deserve recognition, they handled everything amazing, thank you!!
