I ordered my food at 11 AM then revived my food around 11:45 all I ordered was a steak sandwich and fries and they told me it would take 30 minutes for the fries to be cooked why open a restaurant but not have things ready to serve. My fiancé was hungry and why didn’t even get a good sandwich because it had a really weird after taste also the once the fries were cooked they didn’t even have salt just dry and flavorless and we paid $15. Can believe this. This was our first time trying it and we will not be coming back. Please don’t get food here.

The sandwich was ok, but it was very tiny especially for what we paid. Chili cheese fries barely had any fries and the cheese and chili were bland, again overpriced. Overall pretty disappointing and we won't return.

False advertisement. The food I got looked nothing like the pictures. There was hardly any meat on the sandwich. I confronted the owner and he said I needed to order double meat to look like the advertising picture. The owner then said I was greedy. Basically he didn't want my business!!!!!!

The staff closes up to an hour earlier and find excuses to justify it, while the other business are still going and Packed full ... the food is good nothing to go crazy about it but I’m not going there again.

I recently went to this location to get an amazing sandwich with some fries the last time I had come to this location was about a year ago and there was two people working a guy and a girl I believe they were a couple they were the nicest people I have ever met I believe the guy had a beard and the girl had blue hair. They were so nice and their customer service was top notch the food was absolutely delicious we will go there almost every day and they would greet us with their big smiles unfortunately we had to move so we stopped going for a while. We recently returned to this location and unfortunately the very kind couple were gone and no longer working there. There was another crew and there was a lady working the register. There was something wrong with her arm. She kept complaining about it to me when all I wanted was my change back she kept telling me her hand sweats and that really grossed me out. When she finally gave me my money I kindly asked for hand sanitizer and she refused. I said okay and walked to the place next door and got some. I ordered a combo witch cost almost $11!!! For a 6inch fries and drink! The guy that was making my sandwich was sooooo dirty. He looked as if he hadn’t showered in a year!!! He kinda smelled bad too. When cooking my sandwich his stomach had touched my food and I pointed it out and asked if he could remake it. He damnded that the food was okay and there was nothing wrong with it and gave it to me anyways. After being completely disgusted with them I walked away to take my food to my table and as I was sitting down I realized I didn’t get my fries so when I went back to get my fries I was talking to the lady and she said she gave them to me but I know she didn’t. She went and got the owner I’m assuming who he was and he was VERY RUDE!!! Told me to stop lying and that I can get a refund if I returned my food. After a unpleasant argument he decided to make me my fries that I never received. After the fries were done the lady handed them to me with her nasty sweaty hand. I walked away and threw the food away. I have never been so disgusted in my life. I sure do wish the other couple were still there. The time they were there they really turned the place around. The customer service was so great and food was even better. So sad they had to go. I would not recommend this place as long as the current crew is there.

BEWARE!!! I went to this location over the weekend with a friend. The young boy working the register was clueless about customer service. I placed our order. He gave me the total. Unfortunately I only had a $100 bill but not enough smaller bills. He accepted and started to give me my change when the horrible manager comes running over to ask "what did they give you ". The boy told him $100! He started huffing and puffing but gave me my change after pushing the boy aside. We patiently waited for our COMBO! The cook kindly gave us our sandwiches but said it would be a few moments on the fries; no problem. Once again the young boy walks over and sits two bags down between myself and another random patron and said nothing. The lady asked if it was her order, to which he said nothing so she started to dig around in the bag only to discover it was our fries. I advised him that we needed fresh fries as some random person had her hands in our bags (not really her fault though). Again the horrible manager comes over angry to say I will give you back $2.00 for the fries and literally handed me a mere $2.00 from me ordering two combos! When I told him how could he claim that the fries were $1.00 each. He refused to give us the fries that came with our combo. We wanted combos PERIOD! Please also note that the manager was handling food, money and improperly wearing a mask. When I tried to talk to him about it he walked away. Sorry customer services will not be rewarded but exposed! I would have challenged this more but considering my friend is now a retired US Army veteran I did not want waste our time hanging out since we have missed time together while she was serving this country! If I could give no stars I would!

THE SERVICE WAS TERIBBLE , we asked for many things when we ordered and the couldn’t even get it right. They are so in a rush that they don’t take they time with anything they just want to get you out they face. And when we told the cook we ordered cheese fries he tried to charge us extra but we already payed for it. It’s just little stuff they don’t pay attention to. And the lady in the front writes down the orders mad sloppy that’s probably why they don’t get the order right the first time. Paid 30$ dollars for some bad food McDonald’s would of been way better honestly.

The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. If I could give 0 stars I would. Both staff members were rude and had attitudes the entire time. When asked for more condiments I was given short responses with eye rolls. The staff needs some serious customer service training. A waste of $10 bc the food was only average.
