I’ve been coming to Nourish for years and the quality and creativity with shakes continue to improve.
I absolutely love Herbalife the products, but the way Nourish transforms them, I forget I’m making a healthy decision! Thank you guys for offering healthy but tasty options!!!

Shakes were delicious along with the explanation of the products used. Teas were also good. Customer service was the best part in feeling welcomed and serviced to our wants.

They offer healthy shakes, iced coffee and energy drinks. I have had a shake and a coffee, and both were excellent. It's a bright little spot by the NC State campus. It's run by a mother and daughter team; they seem very nice.

I found out about Nourish through the Blend location on Hillsborough street, and this spot is perfect because it’s on my way to work. Love the healthy option for a quick meal when I’m busy all day. Told all my friends about them and we’ve already been several times to both spots!

One of the best Herbalife companies I have ever walked into. The shakes, teas, customers and atmosphere is out this WORLD!! Will always support! Lauren is really an amazing person, she will put you in a great mood on any given day!!

First time but won't be my last. Great customer service. You get a shake and a tea and as Lauren told me, think of it as food and a drink! I got the vanilla almond shake with the pink panther tea. Looking forward to trying different menu options in my next visits.

So happy I discovered this place! The blueberry lemonade smoothie is by far my favorite but they are all delicious! The owner Lauren and her mom are so nice, it is a great way to start the day!

As a member of She's Connected I was at Nourish Raleigh today for a meeting. Lauren made us one of her delicious smoothies (mine was the meal one - blueberry) and it was really excellent. Along with that, we also received a glass of herbal tea that boosts your metabolism. The two were so good I wasn't sure which to buy so I ended up going home with the tea.
I have to find out more about what Lauren and Nourish Raleigh does, but I saw where they will help you with a dietary program to obtain your goals and help you feel better, and it all tastes great.
Love the place and will be stopping by more often! Thanks Lauren

Nourish Raleigh is my favorite smoothie place in the area. I'm hesitant to call it that because it really is so much more. For an overall health and fitness assessment go in and get a one-day membership, enjoy a great smoothie (all under 300 calories), talk with their fantastic consultants and do not leave without an aloe shot. Simply the best!

I drink smoothies as a meal replacement quite often, so I was very excited when I tried Nourish for the first time today. Their smoothies are the best in Raleigh, and they are also the healthiest. The Wellness Coaches are extremely knowledgeable if you want to look into more nutrition and supplement options beyond just smoothies. I'll definitely be back and would recommend Nourish to anyone who likes to stay healthy, wants to lose weight, or just wants a great tasting smoothie
