Bagutteaboutit

I recently tried this food truck at the Food Truck Rodeo in Raleigh. The concept is very cool however the bread was very hard and chewy. I almost felt like my tooth will fall out if bite it any harder. The sausage was just ordinary nothing extravagant in the marinara sauce tasted like pulped tomato sauce. There's a reason why the food truck did not have many people in line. Will I ever give them another try? You can baguetteitaboutit!

I didn't really know what I was getting into. I'm not really a fan of sausage... bad experiences with crunchy sausage. I had It's Greek Tu Me (embarrassingly, I asked for "It's Greek Time") and it was really good. The sausage had a great texture and spice and the tzatziki wasn't overbearing. It's like a grown up version of hot dogs.

"What the heck is that?" "Oh its deliciousness in a baguette." The prefect response for this unexpected joy. Baguettaboutit is a colorful baguette kaleidoscope on wheels. Their Good Golly Miss Susan was a delightfully toasty addition to the craft beer and home grown band they accompanied tonight. U Talking To Me could use a bit more sauce, but if that's my only complaint then I'd say it was an enjoyable experience. Well done Baguetteaboutit.
