To this day I still can’t understand being 2 miles and 5 minutes away and them not delivering to my house. Regardless of that fact I like to try and tip even if I don’t dine in and not one person acknowledged me when I walked in or out. Keep in mind there were zero customers in the store. The only reason I left 4 stars is the speed and taste of the wrap.

Good sandwiches. Not freaky fast, but there were only two people in the store & only one was actually preparing the food. I wish they delivered to us but instead of going by as the crow flies for distance they go by driving distance so we're just out of range. Slightly irritating, but I was craving a good sandwich so we picked it up.

I always get my food within 5 mins of me being here. The food is always great. No complaints there. I'm sad to see that there are people who are giving low stars because they are still requiring masks in a city that requires masks. Raleigh doesn't get rid of its mask mandate until 2/25/22 at 5pm. It's currently 2/23/22. If you have a problem with the store following protocol then eat somewhere else or wait 2 days.

:: GREAT VALUE, BETTER THAN SUBWAY :: They consistently give you more meat, cheeses, and tons of free ingredients. Most other sub shops charge you extra for ordinary ingredients - Yes I'm talking about you Subway. Also, they consistently have gotten my in-store orders correct. Overall, the flavor of their meats and cheeses is better, you get more of them, plus tons of free additional ingredients. Sometimes the music is a bit too loud, which can make it difficult to hear orders with masks on. But the staff usually seem to be very polite and kind.

Recently placed a pick-up order from this location online. My sandwich tasted fresh and had a good amount of roast beef, unlike other locations. Only reason I took off one star was because I kept checking the online tracker to see if it was ready for pick-up as the other steps (order placed, preparing) were completed. Finally went inside after the estimated pick-up time had passed and my sandwich was waiting behind the counter. Would order from here again.

I have been a pretty consistent Jimmy John's customer for the past fifteen years. Multiple times a week in college, delivered for lunch at work, even had it hand delivered by bar manager escort to me while drinking at a speakeasy in downtown Raleigh. It's always been good, but today was something special. This was hands down the freshest bread I have ever had from Jimmy John's, the service was friendly and accommodating, the environment clean and inviting. If you aren't eating at Jimmy John's, you're eating at the wrong place. Good work, JJ crew!
