Jumbo China

Have been hankering Chinese food lately and ordered from Jumbo China on a whim a few days ago. Loved it so much that we ordered the same again today and it's consistently great! General Tso Chicken (with House rice), Ho Fun shrimp (extra spicy), Ho Fun vegetables, Crab rangoons, Spring Rolls, Egg Rolls - all perfectly cooked and neatly packed. Thank you Jumbo China, you guys are fantastic!

We have tried many restaurants that have our favorite Asian dishes, like Chicken broccoli Sesame chicken, Sweet and sour chicken, Pepper steak, and Shrimp with garlic sauce, just to name a few and hands down, the winner is Jumbo China. Specifically this location. The service is outstanding and the food is absolutely the outstanding.The best taste, flavors and portion size. The food is always cooked to perfection and the price can't be beat. Best of all, there's no long wait time. They are very efficient and very friendly. We highly recommend this Jumbo China. O and let me not even start with their delicious shrimp. Fried rice, chicken, fried rice, vegetable, fried rice. We are fans of all 3.

The food is really excellent. I’ve started getting takeout here because they are one of the very few Chinese restaurants in the area that still serve sweet and sour pork. When it comes to that dish it’s very easy to notice when it isn’t cooked right. A lot of places will cook way too much so that the breading is a dark, tough crust. At some places the breading is not cooked enough which results in all of them being soggy and not edible. At Jumbo China they really know how to make it just right. Their’s is a crispy on the outside and softer on the inside, i.e. cooked perfectly. The house special fried rice is amazing because they don’t skimp on the ingredients like some other places. They really load it up with the meat and veggies and you can definitely get it as a full meal. All in all I really like the food and I’ll be going back often.

We have tried at least 15 Chinese food restaurants in WF and Raleigh over the past several years in search of our favorite place and this Jumbo China has been our top choice. We tend to order the same dishes at places to compare them. My husband always has the beef lo mein. Sometimes, I try to save a buck and order chicken, but he notices every time. I always order the chicken chow mein and more recently started getting the vegetable mu shu. The mu shu is the best I've ever had! The 🥦 was perfect. The chow mein usually has green vegetables too, something that seems to be rare amongst other Chinese food restaurants. One thing I dislike is the convenience charge online, but I still give it 5 stars because I never have an issue when calling in orders.
