Wendy's

Ordered some frostys as a late night snack through the app for our drive home. Waited 10 minutes in the drive thru only to find out when we got to the window that they didn't have frostys. Not sure why they couldn't even tell us that at the ordering station and only at the window. Tried cancelling the order like they told me to but it said it was already processed so got charged with nothing to show for it. Hoping I can get reimbursed still. Would not recommend this location: very slow, unreliable service and unable to help cancel my order. Kids were not very happy to leave without the milkshakes we told them we were getting.

Arianna & Ashiya were very gracious to me and my dear old husband when we were stranded with no cash money on our way traveling south. Our bank cards had been blocked due to the fact that I gotten in a hurry and had not emailed our bank that we would be traveling. Therefore, Security department blocked them after seeing many out-of-state purchases as we travel through the day. We couldn't call the bank until in the morning. You have no idea how ornery my husband can get when he's hungry. LOL They did not hesitate when we asked if they had any leftovers. The food was a blessing. Thank you ladies. . . We will certainly pay it forward 🌻

No napkins with my stuff..and the person with the gloves on dealing with the food is grabbing the cards the help the person taking orders.yuck...and my strawberry lemonade has the strawberries syrup at the bottom ,with alot if ice(like any wendys unless u tell them not to)too much ice I can't even swish the drink around to mix it Iike u normally could do cus it's so much ice and filled all the way to the top drink is reap watered down...good thing I had a spoon in my car to mix it up .smh,no napkins really p me off

I WOULD JUST LIKE TO SAY I DID NOT APPRECIATE THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAD TODAY. I ORDERED A MEDIUM DRINK? OKAY YOU WERE OUT PINEAPPLE LENONADE NO PROBLEM. YOU’RE OUT OF BBQ SAUCE NO PROBLEM. BUT FOR YOU TO MAKE ME A SMALL WHEN I ASKED FOR MEDIUM THEN WHEN I TELL YOU AT THE WINDOW I WANTED MEDIUM AND YOU TURN TO ME AND SAY “BUT WE ALREADY MADE IT SMALL” THAT SERIOUSLY IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WISH I HAD A RECEIPT TO GET A NAME BECAUSE ID CALL YOU OUT. NOT THAT YOUR MANAGER CARES. I ALSO DON’T APPRECIATE RUDE LAUGHTER AND GIGGLING OVER THE SPEAKER WHEN YOU ARE ASKING ME WHAT SAUCE I WANT. YOU’RE OUT OFF BBQ FINE ILL HAVE KETCHUP. WHATS SO FUNNY ABOUT THAT HEHE I MEAN REALLY?? GOT CHILDREN WORKING THERE I GUESS. I’VE ORDERED HERE SEVERAL TIMES IN THE PAST AND NEVER HAD THIS BAD AN EXPERIENCE.

Drive thru line moved at a good speed. Window employees may be over worked and stressed but still no excuse to not say a word after handing me my bags of food. There was no "thank you", no "have a nice day", no words at all...just handed me my bags and turned around. The employees at this place need to remember that customers are who ultimately provide their paycheck and words of kindness bring people back quicker. Food was good and that's the only reason they received 3 starts instead of 1.

NOTICE! Do not order delivery from this location! They didn't give me half my order and substituted a drink for something else. Its like they chose what they felt like giving me. I have called 6 different times and they will not answer the phone. Even Wendy's corporate will not answer the phone. I will be filing a complaint through their website.
