Wendy's

We stopped going to Wendy's for awhile because the service and food had gone downhill. Decided to try out this location otw home from work & we pleasantly surprised with our experience. The cashier was so sweet, the food was made quickly and put together nicely. Wish the staff at this location was closer to home.

Wendy's never fails to impress with its consistent quality and taste. Their burgers are always juicy and flavorful, and there's just something special about that fresh, never frozen beef ( the bretzel burger is my favorite ! ). I'm a big fan of their salads too, which are surprisingly fresh and packed with crisp ingredients. The Frosty is a must-have treat, perfect for satisfying those sweet cravings. Staff at my local Wendy's are always friendly and the service is swift, even during rush hours. The commitment to quality and their competitive pricing make Wendy's a top choice for fast food. Keep up the great work!"

I was very impressed at how well the dispatcher, behind the speaker, took my order! He spoke very clearly and allowed time for me to place my order correctly! When I got to the window to pick up my meal, I immediately started praising the young, male greeter! However, he kept quiet while nodding assertively! Seconds later, I noticed an adult gent walking around behind the greeter while wearing headphones. So, I immediately asked both employees who had taken my order and John replied he did! 😀 It may not sound like much, but I was so thankful to being able to communicate with a dispatcher without struggles! Speaking clearly and being helpful and patient with customers is essential for business success and customer satisfaction! Thus, I give John 5 stars not only for being competent but also for vocalizing clearly to make things run smoothly! I hope that Wendy's management encourage all dispatchers to speak as clearly as John! Thanks very much!

This Wendy's wasn't bad. The food was decent and the staff was nice. The line was long, due to being right across from the NC State College campus. Even such, we quickly got our order within 5 minutes of being there. Unlike most other fast food places in the area, our order was 100% correct. They also didn't skimp on the fries, sauces and napkins.
