It should be a negative Stars. I was able to walk into the lobby 7 at night. This is what I heard. The coworkers are asking each other why the guy is standing in the lobby. They thought the lobby was closed. One responded it is closed I don't know why that guy is standing there. This location has had the lobby closed for multiple times in the middle of the day. I understand when the doors are locked. But the doors were not locked today. Taco Bell KFC you ain't working on nothing fast food is going to hell in a handbasket I work in a pizza restaurant. I jump when the customer ask for anything. You need to do something different with your store. You know for the most part I try to give good reviews even when there are bad services. But 7 at night. I just really wanted some freaking Taco Bell tonight you know what I mean geez.

Workers have no customer service skills whatsoever...ordered KFC with fries for side by the time i got to the window they proceeded to tell me they ran out of fries for the day, shouldve told me at the drive thru ( in a tone that you could tell none of them wanted to be there, lady you arent doing me a favor its the other way around cause i can take my business 10 min down the road ) I dont know if the owner is reading reviews but this place needs to be sold or you need to look for a whole new set of staff who actually know how customer service works...on a side note you should be charged with " murder by suffocation" for these dry "biscuits" y'all are serving to the public

Kudos only to the very kind lady (wf with purple nails) who managed to keep calm while working drive thru with very minimal staff. I entered the drive thru at 12.35. I reached the window at 12.54 and got my order at 1.06. I was livid and would have pulled off except for the barriers there. The staff was a star!
