Sweetwater Ices

We love working with SweetWater Ices! The owner and all of the staff are super professional and fun to work with. They come with the cutest cart with an umbrella, so they are really easy set up at any event. On top of that, the Italian ice they serve is delicious and always a crowd pleaser! Can't wait to work with them again!

Me and my girlfriend came across one of the stalls in a pop up in raleigh. Not only was the sorbet absolutely delicious, we cannot say enough good things about the members of the company. We dealt with the owner of Sweetwater, he gave us extra portions of the luxurious sorbet for free, he took a personal interest in me and my girlfriend and he helped her find a job! This company is the best in the business. A1 service and top quality desert treat.

From the day I first had SweetWater Ices in Downtown Raleigh in 2013, I knew that if I ever got married, I would want to have them at my wedding! Michael was a dream to work with - from his patience through multiple covid-related postponements to his phenomenal day-of service, I could not be happier that we had SweetWater Ices as part of our cocktail hour. My guests LOVED the ices and the accompanying champagne toast. My only complaint - I didn't get nearly enough! I hope to work with them (and eat all of the ices) in the future.

My experience with SweetWater ices was excellent at every stage. We are a 250 person office that wanted to do something fun for July 4th. Michael was super communicative leading up to our event. Setting up dates, times and handling the COI was a breeze. Michael arrived an hour early and had an awesome, service centered attitude the whole time. The ices and the music selection were fantastic. I got tons of compliments from our associates. Would be a pleasure to work with again.

Sweetwater Ices served italian ice at my daughter's wedding during the cocktail hour. It was July 3 and typical NC hot and humid weather. Italian ice was the most popular part of the wedding. Michael is incredibly personable -- everyone wanted a picture with him! The cart and his costume adds such a flair to the atmosphere. So fun! I wouldn't change a single thing about Sweetwater Ices during our cocktail hour. It was the perfect complement to her wedding day.

We booked SweetWater Ices for our wedding reception in September 2021. They were extremely flexible throughout the planning process, especially when we had to postpone from our original wedding date due to Covid. The staff was professional and the Italian Ice was delicious. Our guests continue to rave about this sweet late-night treat! I recommend SweetWater Ices without hesitation!
