The Soju

I love Korean food and this is excellent. I had the lunch set menu to have a taste of different things, and everything was tasty. The staff (who I suspect could be the owners) are friendly, attentive and helpful when deciding what to order. The atmosphere is tranquil and the music is not too loud (which I appreciate when eating). I will definitely come back to keep tasting the rest of the menu.

Been here a number of times with family and friends - not a clue where all the bad review are coming from to be fair. You need to press a bell to get service which I imagine the people complaining about poor service just failed to realise despite being told - as for the food it's delicious, never had a bad meal and will continue to enjoy this restaurant as long as it is open. Admittedly the restaurant leaves a little to be desired in aesthetic, but at the end of the day I'm not eating the walls so it doesn't really matter how nice they look or not.

The Soju is a great little restaurant. It was recommended by a local hairdresser (while my daughter was having her hair done). The place was a little hard to find (I didn't know Kings Walk existed), but the food was excellent. Authentically Korean and really fresh. The Soju also serves Korean beer, soju, and other Korean drinks and made me feel like I was back in Seoul (I'm not Korean, but I lived there for a few years). I had the Korean cold noodles (냉면), which can feel a little strange if you haven't had them before, but really tasty. Don't forget to add some mustard!

We were hungry so ordered noodle and Bibimbap in hot stone pot which came really quick. Food was delicious. Next time definitely ordering the barbecue 🙂. Service was good. There was an oldman "server? Or owner?" brought us water which was very kind. Environment was great. Everything looked clean. Our table was definitely clean and nicely presented with chopsticks and plates. And yes you can order using the QR code on that table but we did the old fashioned with server. Definitely recommend.

Had a booking on June (our wedding anniversary ❤️)and went there for the first time.The elder male server was so polite and attentive, the meat that came marinated with traditional herbs was exactly what we hope for, we enjoyed by cooking it by ourselves and eat it in a traditional way rolled in fresh lettuce as we have seen in Korean films 😀 Drinks where absolutely fantastic something which we didn't try before, restaurant very clean and prices reasonable. Thank you 😊 for the wonderful experience , We will definitely come back.

Soju offer an extensive selection of meats, seafood, vegetables and other ingredients that can be cooked on the table. For BBQ enthusiats, there is range of marinated meats to choose from. The overall dining experience at soju bbq and hotpot restaurant is enjoyable. The interactive nature of grilling your own meats or cooking communal hotpots fosters a sense of camaraderie among diners. It makes it an ideal place for solo diners as well as social gatherings. Great value for the money. The Korean mango refreshment is not one to be missed.
