The service is a bit slow, got some of my order wrong even though we repeated it. The hygiene in the restaurant isn’t unkept and not cleaned even though there was plenty of staff.

It wasn't crowded the day I visited, football season was over so I was able to enjoy the experience. Food was basic KFC but the staff did a good job.

KFC located on Reading Gate retail Park which has its own drive thru. Entrance to store is at front which is not obvious if you come from the Costa direction. Ordering food is pretty standard in these places. Select your food on a big screen, pay with a card, grab a receipt and present it at the counter. I think you can order and pay by cash the counter.
Food was fine. You can't go wrong with chicken strippers and it was interesting that the fries had skins. Outlet was clean.
