The people there were super nice. When your order started they made sure to tell you so that you could choose any add ins. I got a banana, Nutella rolled ice cream with Nutella bin the middle and strawberries on top. It was amazing. I would definitely go here again.

As others have noted it’s unique and excellent ice cream. It’s also unique experience. Not the place to go if in a hurry or on a budget. They make the ice cream literally in front of you starting out from a liquid cream and pouring it onto frozen discs. Think of it as a hitachi grill but for ice cream.

Sweet Charlie's does rolled ice cream so well - so many ways to customize your experience! I love that they have a "mini" option for when I don't feel like completely gorging myself (rare occasion, but it does come up), and the "Tall Charlie" (ice cream roll on a doughnut) and milkshakes are added choices outside of the standard. They also have vegan and frozen yogurt options for those of us who want/need those, and while the menu of premade rolled ice cream flavors are nicely curated, you can (like me) add extra syrups and toppings to them. Because let's be honest: every ice cream dish is better with roasted marshmallows on top. 🍨

This place is a treat! Whether your 35 or 5, they will personalize your ice cream for you! You get to watch the hand rolled masterpiece from start to finish! If you've never experienced this ice cream....put it on the bucket list!

Great ice cream (traditional, non-dairy, and vegan), made in front of you, from cream. They offer quite a few flavors. As many toppings as you want, included in the price. The location, although nestled in a side-shop area, is close to the boardwalk. Lines were long, but worth the wait.
