Man. You call yourselves “Philly Pretzels?” I was so excited to find you. Have you ever had a Philly pretzel out of the bag off a street corner in Philly?” I used to work with a vendor who got fresher pretzels to us when she brought them from Philly and drove three hours to DC with them. Your pretzels were hard. Almost stale traveling no more than 15 to 20 minutes from my order to delivery. Are you told to sell yesterday’s pretzels in the morning?

I love this place! Fantastic Service! A year ago, my mom came here with me and she said to herself "What should I get?" and the cashier says "Pretzels." We need more people like him. The pretzels are also really good. They remind me of my great grandmother for some reason when I put sugar on them. Very good.

I will preface this review by saying that I'm a fan of Philly Pretzel Factory for some years now. I work in social services and the company has over the years been generous and kind to the folks on my caseload. As to this specific location, the owners Paul and Heidi are truly two of the most caring and committed individuals you could meet. The quality of service and product you get here is top drawer. They care about what they serve to their customers, and it shows. Price-points are fair, service is fast and efficient, and the product is quite frankly delicious! A special note about the staff here - what manners and courtesy on display! It's refreshing to see young folks who know what it means to extend courtesy to others. Lastly, and this is totally a personal preference, but try the sweet honey mustard on your pretzels! It's awesome!
