Red Square Caviar Bar

Wife and I wanted something different for dinner and there is nothing more unique than this Russian restaurant. Owner is a vibrant woman with a passion for the food and drink she serves. Not only making it authentic but ready to share the culture and tradition behind each vodka, cocktail and dish. We had 2 flights of vodka, each came with a detailed description. The food, from the awesome borsch my wife enjoyed, to my salmon alexander (both pictured) to the traditional beef stroganoff, and my Satsivy, were well prepared and delicious. Try enjoying the high quality, rare in America, vodkas with your food. The pairing will surprise you. Oh and the Espresso Martini is dessert enough but the house made Napoleon is well worth an order.

Stopped in here for Martinis and Caviar. Unbelievably awesome. Our hostess was amazing, making the entire experience wonderful. I had a Griaznula Martini, which was spiked with spicy Jerk seasoning. My wife had a Dirty Russian, which wasn't on the menu but was a pickle-like martini. Both were top notch. They had beluga caviar, which was worth the price. It was served with creme fraiche, clarified butter, and home made blinis. Superb. If you like Caviar and Vodka, this is the place to go. Their drink menu has 5 pages of Vodkas! Can't wait to go back!

Victoria was amazing and so was the food. We went for my sisters birthday and everything exceeded our expectations! I can’t wait to go back. The caviar, service, “tzar pizza,” truffle salad, champagne, Neapolitan dessert, coffee martini, and ambiance were above expectations and I would recommend this restaurant to everyone in Delaware!!! Thank you for Victoria and thank you to your late husband for pushing you to open this dream of a resultant!!! Also… HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ALL THE LIBRAS THERE TONIGHT!!!

Had the most delicious dinner and service! The owner is so very passionate about her food, vodka and her country, as she should be. I’m not usually a fan of duck (too gamey) but totally not the case here. Soooo the vodka and the cocktail’s… off the hook. If you like vodka (huge fan here) this is your go to place! Cavier…vodka… food….delish!!!!!

The food was truly phenomenal. Although it was expensive it was worth every penny. Victoria the owner, told us stories about every dish and how it came to be. In addition to the fabulous food, the experience was one of a kind. We thought it would be a one time treat, but we will be returning to dine there again. This meal was on par with Michelin restaurants that we have dined in.

This place is great. My SO and I went out for "something different" and decided to give Red Square a try. We are SO glad we did. Victoria, the hostess, was wonderful. She gave us an education on Russian food, vodka, the difference between Russian and American caviar, and more. What a blast. the food was great and the martinis were amazing. Highly recommend for something different than regular seafood/beach fare.
