Mcdonald's

For the record, I never leave reviews for anything, good or bad. That should give you some idea of just how bad our experience at the Rehoboth Beach McDonalds was tonight. First, we had to wait over 20 minutes for our food to be delivered to curbside because "someone thought it was for Doordash." It's written clearly in print on the receipt - Curbside Pickup. By the time we got our food, our fries were limper than my shoelaces. That's strike one. Then we check the bag. Two sandwiches and 20 chicken nuggets are missing. Strike two. We call the store (because they already have their lobby doors locked) and inform them of the mistake. Once they were informed that the order needed to be fixed, it took at least another ten minutes before anyone brought the rest of our order out. The employee that brought out the bag remained silent, handed it through the window, and immediately turned away as though they were disgruntled about having to walk our food outside. I don't even know how many strikes that should count as, tbh. This isn't the first time this has happened at this location, but it was by far the worst. When we first started using the McDonalds app, it seemed to make things much faster and easier, but the last few times we have ordered from here, we experienced long waits and order screw-ups. This one was too much. Did management change or something??? I hope the owner is reading this, because something needs to change post-haste. This used to be one of the BEST McDonalds around! What happened??

Very nice McDonald’s updated with the new style. It includes play area for the kids, kiosk ordering option, and baked goods. I was very impressed with the speed of our order. Between the drive-through and in-store there we’re least 50 customers. The service was fast, excellent and professional chilling why McDonald’s leads the fast food industry.

It was really great until they fired a regional manager i know that was in charge of 3 stores in area to only hire a young manager that has no experience under her belt. The food not same in quality. Go to see for yourself. The food presetation wise was on point until they hired a new girl much with no experience i mean with age. Enjoy

I know what I’m getting into when I get McDonald’s. More often than not I’ve been disappointed either they are missing something fries are soggy or old. Got a quarter pounder that had a foul after taste. Couldn’t even eat one bite. Had to drive back and still it tasted the same. Had my brother try both they were foul. Don’t know what’s up. But I’m not going to order that again ever.
