Popeye's Chicken And Biscuits

Go to the store, buy a chicken, cut it up and fry it yourself -- it would be faster than getting an order here. As soon as they tell you to pull up to the "drive-in waiting spaces" you know you are in trouble. After waiting 30 minutes for an order than never arrived, I had to get back in line to get my refund because only the drive-in is open. This is the second time this has happened to me and it will be the last. Quite possibly the worst Popeye's location in the world and definitely the worst "fast food" option in Rehoboth Beach.

On my last visit, I realized when I got back to my job (which is only a few minutes away) they had given me the wrong order. I promptly called and spoke with someone I presume to be one of the managers who’s name I will not say. He was very apologetic and offered to give me the correct order, and after I asked if should return the food (because I’ve already heard about the management here), he told me no, just my receipt. Upon arriving and waiting almost 30 minutes in line, I finally got to the window and told them my reason for coming back. When I told them I did not have the food with me, and that I was told not to bring it, eyebrows were lifted as if this was a first, then another woman from the back came to the window and got very rude and hostile, demanding me to return the food, saying “We need the other food back!!”. I strongly advise eating elsewhere, who knows who’s food you’re eating.
