This place always has a wait time for a reason. The food it so good. It’s all served family style so you can share with everyone at your table. The food comes out rather quickly and they have a good selection of cocktails. I went there after the holidays and they even have a cocktail in a cute ornament you could take home. We tried about 7 different entrees but we’re so excited when the food came out that we forgot to take more pictures. I would recommend setting up a reservation in advance.

Mostly good experiences here when I frequent. And if there is an issue the staff addresses it appropriately. I highly recommend the duck as it's a stunning presentation. The pot stickers are also a fun reveal as they sizzle in front of you with steam when you pour the sauce. If you haven't had it yet, ask for a scoop of their pineapple coconut ice cream. It's heaven in a cup. If you like hot tea, their oolong is fabulous and served in a charming pot. Seems like a silly thing to comment on, but their togo boxes are top notch. Easy to reheat in the microwave.

Reservations required. Do not try to sit at the bar for dinner. A lot less attention, and takes away from the whole dining experience that you're paying for, and the bartender will be your server. Food was edible, but not exciting. Yummy tea. Staff is quick, managerial presence on the floor, making me more comfortable, and good music. We will come back, and try different things that we haven't had yet.

I normally don’t give bad review so this is a 2 stars instead of a 1 Reservation was at 8pm. We checked in at 7:55 and got seated by 8:02 so I was like oh great, on time! After that, 8:10, not one single person came to our table. I told my wife maybe the server wasn’t aware we are in his/her section. 8:20, still no sign of anyone. It’s not that the workers didn’t see us. We’re right there. The table next to ours, the server was very attentive. So she must have seen us sitting there. Didn’t it occur that’s it’s weird it’s been a minute but no one has come to our table? The table came in after us got served water too. And we continued to sit like we’re not even there. We left after a few minutes.

Food is delicious & believe it or not the prices beat the heck out of a lot of the big casino resturants. We ordered Beef & broccoli, Sweet & sour chicken, pork fried rice & served 3 adults. Kyle was our waiter and was on point. I would recommend Kyle or Lauren (great spirited waitress) to anyone that visits. If you love Chinese food & are here visiting Reno this is the place you should check out.

We've eaten here a few times without issues during busy hour. Today however there were only 5 tables total. We were seated by a rude host, he seemed mad at the world. We then sat at our table for half an hour without drinks being ordered. I attempted waving down an older gentleman I'm assuming was the manager, as well as the hostess that replaced the man who seated us. No one acknowledged us or served us after being seated. Very disappointed about the lack of service despite the lack of customers. Will hesitate before choosing to go here again. 2 stars simply because of prior visits. Do better.
