La Posada Real Fine Mexican Food

I'm new to Reno as of November 2021. First Mexican sit-down restaurant I've been to since moving here. The food we had was excellent. I had chile relleno and my son birria. One of the first things I'll have when trying a new mexican restaurant is a chile relleno. My son had the birria beef was well marinated and the sauce paired well with the meat. We were not disappointed here. Highly recommend.

Friendly wait staff & super attentive. I had the combo #3 chicken enchilada & chicken taco with black beans & rice. A good Mexican spot on this side of South Reno.

Came in for the 1st time ( and the last ) on a packed Friday night. Me and my wife. We both ordered combos and an appetizer. All the food hit our table in under 10 minutes. And i think i know why. Everything and i do mean everything tastes pre-made. I had a Chicken Enchilada with beans and rice. I had flashbacks to the Mexican Hungry Man frozen dinners i ate when i was single. My wife's meal wasn't any better. At $13 +/- a plate you can do much better in Reno. If you still decide to come see for yourself be sure to *wave* hi to Chief *Mike*
