Raley's

I have shopped at this store for over 20 years. I even like the changes that they have made. I buy almost all of my groceries from them online and then they are delivered. It’s usually a seamless process but the Raleys online shopping site is HORRIBLE! I can never search for anything because the search bar doesn’t work and it won’t even list all of the departments (breakfast cereals) so I can’t order the cereal that I like. You might want to look at the Safeway app where you can go down each aisle. So easy. I’m very frustrated trying to shop your store online. Now tomorrow, I have to physically go down and buy everything else that I need and couldn’t order on your site today.

I need to re-write my review, as I had completely given up on this store about a year ago when it reopened with a new format, all organic, and none of the name brands with which I was familiar. After a year's boycott, I decided to check and see if it was the same. I was pleasantly surprised to see they had brought back a lot of the old name brand staples that I rely on. Hopefully there can be a good balance between the organic alternatives and traditional grocery store items. The meat prices seemed pretty steep but I'm sure the quality is there. Some nice sale prices on liquor and the service was excellent with friendly staff up front. I will again start frequenting this store and needed to recant my previous bad review.
