Best kraut dog ever. Love the junkyard dog. Can't leave without chili cheese fries. This location has great people!

Cashier was very unhelpful or professional. The soda tasted flat n then she told us someone else said it tasted fine and handed it back. Refused to come back to the window. And when my daughter went to the walkup windows the girl then walked away from there too. And the order was wrong.

Home of the chili cheese dog. I mean who doesn’t want their last meal on earth to be one of these gems…and the new vegan hotdogs are excellent.

My first Wiener schnitzel was in San Diego in 1977(yes I'm old), never went again, who wants just a hotdog?
Boy was I wrong all these years.
My daughter took us to one and the menu choices were unending.
Really good food is all I can say and we will be stopping for "just a hotdog" again.

Ordered food and went to pick it up in the drive thru. When we arrived we asked for ranch and immediately The worker acted like we were lying about having ranch in the bag. We then showed her That there was no ranch in the bag. Next she proceeds to grab the bag and stick her whole arm/hand in our bag with no gloves on and move and dig our food around. When she sees that we didn’t have any, she gives us one ranch and closes the window on us. We then park to go eat and find a large strand of hair on our box of food. Rude experience.

Service was great. The food isn't great, but let's be honest, you're not coming here for good food. You come here for a weird shake and a chili dog you're going to regret later. Will eat next time I'm in Reno.

EXTREMELY RUDE AND VULGAR STAFF! They forgot an item in my order and when I went back to get it maybe 10 minutes later and they had closed an hour early. I got a staff to answer the window and she began to berate me and use fowl language. They also refused the refund and to remake me my missed item. After 20 minutes they finally gave me my refund for the item but threw the money at my face and told me to "F" myself. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.
