Easily one of the top three places for sushi I've ever been to. Also, welcoming and friendly staff. 100% would recommend!

I live right around the corner and really wanted to like this place. Service was poor (clearly understaffed), the sushi was the thinnest I’ve ever had (though It was actually sort of impressive how thinly they can cut avocado). The bathrooms were not maintained. For the cost, there are much better sushi places in town and I have no intention of returning. Not sure what happened to this place, but the 4.4 average rating is not accurate.

Came at 4:00pm with a party of 6. They forgot a bunch of our rolls. The fish was dried out. The fried shrimp was stale. Some of the rolls were different then described on the menu, like being tempura battered when it says it’s not. They didn’t honor our punched loyalty card after about our 40th visit. Guess it’s out last visit. The servers were nice.

taste wise is decent, but the sushi was extremely underwhelming. Never had sushi this thin before. ordered a spicy tuna. It was 95% rice 5% tuna. Couldn’t even taste it. I thought their sushi would improve when locating to the new building its still the same.

Review: Overall a pretty darn good sushi spot! Quality of sushi was what I would expect & has the AYCE option. Service was just a taaaaaad slower than I’d expect but not bad. They had 90’s techno music playing which I thought was a little odd. But overall I’d recommend this place & go back.

For $25 per person, the service was nice but SO SLOW. We got four rolls out before we got our appetizers and then sat for 30 minutes in the middle of our meal waiting for our second round of rolls due to the wait staff not giving us out second paper quickly.
In the middle of our meal, a cockroach landed on someone in our party and then flew off and was crawling up the wall. The manager came over and told us he was sorry and that they have an exterminator come every month but it left us wondering what the kitchen looked like if there was a a roach in the dining area. He blamed it on the fact that they recently moved locations.
They offered us no discount, no comps, not even to move tables or kill the bug. Sad that we used to enjoy this place and just will not return.

It is SUPER load in the restaurant, our party had to yell at each other or just give up on what we wanted to say.
The portions were 1/3 the size you would expect for the same price as the best places in town.
The bathroom was filthy.

Used to be one of our favorite sushi places in town but they moved locations and it’s completely different (not in a good way). Slow service, all the sushi rice was stale, and the imitation crab mix tasted rotten. I don’t know what happened!
