Port Of Subs

I love your subs but a nice greeting goes a long way! I walked in, 4 employees behind the counter in some fashion. One cleaning the slicer, the owner/manager checking the premises, one took a break and the fourth putting bread in bags. No one spoke to me until I mentioned what I wanted and with whom I should place my order. Second time this has happened, perhaps I won’t be back.

Recently moved to Reno so trying port of sub for first time, ambience is good and very clean, staff treated me very well.. I was found of Subway but after trying Port of sub I think I’m not going back to sub way, probably these guys are the best with making fresh sandwiches. Jordan was my server, she is one sweet girl and I believe there was one lady named sandy was behind have really good communication skills. Overall I was there for 10-12 minutes, experience was really good.

Great sandwiches & very friendly staff. I am so glad to have a great sandwich shop so close to home. Definitely recommend!!!

This location caters lunch for my work & my God is it disgusting soggy disgusting sandwiches... all together hope my work stops wasting money on this location... clearly not interested in making sandwiches my guess high school kids if not sad that adults would have such poor work ethic to not have the ability to make a sandwiche.

I generally love Port of Subs. That being said, this one is the worst. I’ve gone several times in hopes that I’ve just caught them on a bad day but no, it’s just a bad one. Always dirty. Pens on the floor which are picked up and put back on the counter. Sandwiches are slopped together. We’ll worth the drive to a much better run Port of Subs on Galena.

We stumbled upon this location as plan B as our nearby Mexican eatery was closed. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by an overwhelming smell of cleaner as the mop bucket was sitting out in the middle of the floor. A few more customers wandered in, some picking up to-go orders, and the staff easily became flustered trying to multitask. The staff to customer ratio was like 50/50 so this should not have been an issue. Sandwich was OK flavor wise, just kind of skimpy on the ingredients since the staff lost their focus. It's just a sandwich.

Honestly not sure how this place stays in business and wish I read the reviews before wasting time and money here. Worst sandwich hands down I ever had. Ordered the #13 classic club. Literally one thin slice of turkey and one tiny piece of pastrami. Stale bread was the added insult. Never coming here again. Firehouse and Jersey Mike's are so much better than this. Even Subway has this beat, which is saying something.
