I hade the combo calazone and it was just what I wanted perfect blend of peppers and onions and cheese and sauce,I would absolutely come here again and the severice was good.the only thing that was bad that it was a little dirty but they could of hade a lunch rush and just didn't get to it

No Customer service skills from any of the employees. They all acted mute, unless speaking to each other. The pizza was so over loaded with toppings, you have to eat with a fork. I really enjoyed every pizza factory I've ever been in, but this one needs a new Manger that knows how to train in cleanliness, Customer service and most importantly how to correctly prepare a pizza!!!

The pizza was great as usual, but what the hell happened to the hot wings!? They used to be fantastic, but now they taste like they were rolled in some sort of butter-flavored shortening. Gross.
Also, we purchased basically the same order we always get and it was over twenty dollars more expensive...it's been a while...but geez.

We ordered here for the first time, it took about an hour and a half for delivery and it was cold when we got it. But it did taste pretty good. Also we ordered a medium and it looked more like a small.

Delicious supreme pizza. The personal size that's double cut gives you 8 pieces which is excellent for a lunch.

This place is not what it seem like I when here today and the price is high but the food is low quality..I can't believe I spend $30 on a small pizza and 10 wings.. I'm sorry but I can't do it I'll never come here again.. come here you will see what I mean..

As good as any pizza I've had in Reno. Of course Reno isn't really a pizza town. Satisfactory though.

Nice family oriented place. Pizza was better than average I suppose. Only reason I give it 4 star is because the place really has nothing special about it, and it feels like they are trying too hard at having a little bit of everything: beer, arcade, hipster chalkboard with overpriced venue deals. They should try and focus on one kind of clientele and cater to that. Like maybe if they got rid of the arcade, put more bar stool tables, and put an extra TV they'd get more of an adult crowd looking for pizza and beer. Bathrooms were clean tho.
