Starbucks

I understand that mornings can be busy and trying to serve customers in a timely manner is important. However, I don’t like picking up my drink with cold foam running down the side of the cup after the person that made it noticed the cold foam running and set it down for pick up anyway. Take the 2-5 seconds to wipe the cup. Little things like that speak volumes about your quality of customer service. Not to mention that my drink taste like ice water when it should taste like coffee. Unfortunately, the barista put too much ice in the drink.

The barrista hag at the Steamboat Pkwy drive through was awful. Since the store was out of lemonade she was totally imposed upon to be civil, helpful or provide customer service. Was sold the most bitter, yucky, unsweetened, nasty drink for $7.00. Matched her ugly bitter attitude. Not good Starbucks. Worst barrista ever. I would avoid.

I am impressed with the staff here. I guess I visit enough that those covering the drive thru know my favorite drinks and can kid me about upgrading/treating myself when I order a larger size. A great crew at this location and they work fast and efficiently while maintaining a happy environment. Shannon was great today and I enjoy all my interactions with all the staff.
