Mcdonald's

Stayed at Atlantis casino and decided I needed get out and get a little exercise. Walked to this location to get oatmeal and a coffee. Once I arrived they wouldn’t take my order because I was on foot and not in a vehicle. I would have gone inside “I am fully vaccinated had had a mask along” but the inside is closed still. I didn’t think about using my app to deliver to a spot and they didn’t offer another solution. I am sure the food is McDonald’s quality and I am sure the drive through is normal if your in a car however I was denied service.

At ordering, cashiers listening skills were troublesome as My party of 3 food arrived wrong by one item each. The food was hot, but sandwich buns dry. Manager was very pleasant and quick to make everything right, and did. Cleanliness of restaurant needs some visible work and not just in the obvious places.

Lobby not open so we had to go through the drive through.10 plus cars in the drive through line, one lane was blocked off/closed and we see 3 employees inside playing around then 2 of the employees start playing around and messing with the door. We sat for 4 minutes with the line not moving and the person at the ordering mic was repeating them selves multiple times so we left.

Very slow ..do not care about drive times... Just doesn't say please and thank you and when they do it's like scripted and not meant.. nothing but a play place for the high schoolers or younger kids... That work there... I go to this McDonald's a lot because convenient but just have decided I will go to a different McDonald's the drive time is worth it for nice warm food and friendliness

Visited this location on Saturday 4/16/22. Worst experience I've ever had at any McDonalds. The fries were so under cooked, cold and tasted very old. When i said something i was faced with a very rude young lady who said all our fries are cooked. I offered her to try one and she refused. I asked if she could replace them with apple slices since they were in my grandsons happy meal which she did. I then asked that she throw them away and i was told with a major attitude to do it myself. The cashier, a young girl seemed to be lost at what she was doing and was counting on her fingers how much change she needed to give me. Then i witness her playing with her hair and then handling food. Never again and i think a food inspector needs to make a surprise visit to this location.

I went to buy breakfast this morning 4/2/22 at around 10 am. I order the big breakfast which cost $4.79 and waited for order. while waiting i check my receipt and found out the charge me $5.89. I went and told cashier and call the manager. she came and said hold on .waited 5 minutes and another person came check my receipt. she hold on. Waited 5 minutes and i guest the gm came i explain and she said hold on and took her almost 10 minutes give me refund. she had a attitude and rude. she was nasty and rude. I hope owner read this review.
