Round Table Pizza

Understaffed and they don't handle internet orders that quickly. I typically order when I leave work expecting to pick it up after 30 minute drive and when they say to expect the pizza to be ready. The last 3 times I've gone here I think i waited an additional 30-40 minutes each time. Pretty sure my pizzas go in the oven 2 minutes after I ask for my pickup order. I like the pizza, but I've ended up switching to Papa Johns over by Smiths because the pizza is ready by the time they say it will be, every single time.

If I could give a -10 star rating I would but I can't because I have to give at least one star to leave feedback went to pick up an order and I can see why this place looks like a ghost town I'm surprised the store is not closed down can't use the bathroom they close the lobby off and I can see why they have no customers. The quality of pizza at this location is terrible I had the charred lemon chicken and a regular pepperoni pizza if you were to ask me if I would recommend it I would say no. The manager at this location on damonte ranch parkway was quite abrupt and rude she told me not to stand over it one part of the counter because I waited for a couple minutes by the register and nobody was there so I went over to the other side she was not very nice about telling me where I could stand and where I could not

Always takes over 2 hours to get a delivery even when you live 5 minutes away. Sometimes the delivery doesn’t even show up and you gotta get a refund. Bad customer service when you call to see what’s going on. I wish I can give them no stars. I worked at a pizza place when I was 15 and could do a better job than them.

I love around Table Pizza. Last year we decided no to go back because of the rude manager and staff. The place was not cleaned. It was nasty. However, we decided to give a try again. We walked in and to our surprise there is a new Manager and staff. The place is clean and you can tell it has been painted. The staff is friendly the food is great. The manager has done a lot around that place. She is working with the crew, ringing a cow bell when the staff makes a pizza in a time frame. I can watch her all day because she is celebrating every employee giving them praise and telling them they are doing great. Talking to the staff about how things have changed is great. Employees who take pride in their work. Great job Round Table for bringing in a new Manager. Keep her!!
