This is probably the fastest and best quality fast food place in the North Valleys. The drive thru is the fastest I've ever seen. Every issue I've ever t raised with them has been taken care of professionally and quickly. If I'm eating fast food in the North Valleys, I only go here 👍

Not sure how I ever got to 2 stars. The promise of those new hot and crispy fries? Not. When we tasted them - AT THE WINDOW - and told them they were cold and gross these kids had no idea what to do. Seriously? It's only the biggest fast food campaign right now. The burgers were sloppy and cold. How was everything cold? There wasn't even a line? And these guys are now getting what...$14 and hour? Done with Wendy's.

I am allergic to penicillin so I can't just pick this off. Waste of money, really bummed to get home and open my sandwhich to see MOLD on the bread 🤮

The drive thru I personally notice each time is really slow, where I had to park in a parking spot and wait for my food, due to hiring shortage.
For me though I like to dine in fast food, because you get free refills and keep my car clean. The dinning and restrooms are really clean.

The last few times we have stopped here was disappointing to say the least. We have gone through the drive thru each time and had to park and wait for our food. Each time our food was either cold or missing something. This time we asked and we're charged for large fries and we're given small and as usual we had to go in to correct this error. Upon opening our sandwiches they were dry. So I had to go in again and got attitude for bothering the women behind the counter. We will not be wasting out time or money at this Wendy's any more.

Store staff great, they were awesome. Store has to lose some points for how difficult a 'Left Turn Hell' it is for the disgustingly bad traffic control around it. But staff were wonderful, polite, timely, and accurate with our food.

One of the better locations in Reno/Sparks area. Sometimes the drive thru orders aren't right but they always give a credit when that happens. Just need to be more careful.

I paid for an extra cookie. But it wasn't included in the takeout bag. I used the drive-through so I wouldn't have to take my young grandchildren in/out of their carseats. Yes, I could have checked the bags or gone through the drive-through... AGAIN. Why can't Wendy's get it right? So frustrating. It was a 99-cent cookie, but the the frustration certainly wasn't worth it.
