While the food is good in the NW Reno store. The staff does not seem to be concerned with food costs. I picked up a combo #9 today and was given 17 packets of mild sauce... has that sunk in 17 packets of sauce for a burrito and a taco. I used more than normal because they were there but still have 11 packets remaining which will go where? The garbage can.

The best drive through in the area. Always super nice and smiling, clean and not afraid to give me 5 hot sauces for every item I order. McDonald's up the street could learn a few things from this Del Taco staff.

This is my stop when i need a variety of different items. Chicken soft tacos, burger and fries, big Epic burritos and chocolate milk shakes. My drive-thru order taker was Terry. She is so pleasant and very knowledgeable of the whole menu.

Kinda helps to acknowledge the customer even if you're busy. And when your drive-thru is sticking out into the intersection you kind of want to acknowledge and get the orders quick so that way you don't cause an accident.
Teenagers they got working here are extremely rude and impolite don't know how to actually do the order properly will not be coming back to this place again...

This is my go to del taco. Quality is always great and the staff are absolutely amazing! Had an issue with my mobile order and they still made it happen and fixed it. So appreciative of a caring and hardworking staff. Will always recommend this location

Got to the drive thru at 10:20ish to order 3 Del bugers meals and a chicken quesadilla. Got told they are closing soon (11pm) and have stopped making bugers so they're only selling whatever is sitting there cold. THEN WHY THE F ARE YOU OPEN!?! I went to McDonald's where they want to make money
