Subway

We stopped in to grab a quick bite on our way out of town. There was no one in the store and we thought “Perfect! This will be quick and easy. “ The young lady at the counter Was in the middle of making a sandwich, obviously an online order from the Parker she was reading and so we waited patiently for her to acknowledge us. After the sandwich was complete she started making a salad, one component at a time. Never did she look up, say “Hello,” say, “I’ll be right with you,” Although she knew we were in the store, watching, waiting patiently. After 5 minutes we finally walked out and I will never be visiting that subway again.

I've never felt like I've inconvenienced someone so much by walking into a subway. My boyfriend ordered tuna and got salami, the lady didn't ask and just assumed he wanted it toasted, she asked what sauces I wanted, I said mustard and she used mayonnaise. When I corrected her, she looked at me, scraped half of it off and added mustard, then threw them in the wrapping. Didn't say one word she didn't absolutely have to.

On 4/17/18 I left my daughter 20 bucks to get Subway for lunch. The lady gave her back change for a 10 my daughter said I gave you a 20 and she got very defensive and the daughter is not confrontational so she went to the car and called me, I called and the lady again got very defensive saying there’s a camera watching me she gave me a 10 and she was very rude wouldn’t let me finish I simply wanted to leave my name and never switch accounts down her draw she could call me.But due to the lady being confrontational I couldn’t even get that help I..hung up on the but due to the lady being confrontational I couldn’t even get that help I hung up on her,Just call just call Deser The store manager and he said her door was only two dollars over I said and she probably pocketed the 10 you need to check the cameras he said there’s nothing we can do. I emailed corporate and I also just called corporate and valid point it’s not about the change it’s about the customer service and making us feel like we’re stupid don’t ever go there

This subway is awful the employees are rude and literally have no common sense when I went to complain the girl refused to give me the managers name or number and removed her name badge when she saw that I was reading her name I have called the district manager Jessika twice with no response or call back which makes me even more upset
