Chuck E. Cheese

I've got 7 kids, so we've experienced our fair share of arcades. Chuck e cheese has consistently been a favorite of ours. We've celebrated so many birthdays and regular occasions here. The place is clean. The staff are always helpful. My son and daughter misplaced their card, Casey so graciously replaced it for us at no cost to us. Casey has always been so kind and gone above what is asked of her. I hope that she is recognized for being a great leader. We will continue to return here.

We enjoyed a night out to celebrate our sons birthday. The over all experience was pretty nice until I had to go to my car and 3 of the employees were right outside the front door smoking. I had to walk through their smoke and two of them were making out. This is a place for children, take this behavior elsewhere.

We almost left as soon as we arrived! We waited at the front counter for about 15 min while staff members were wanting a break, another would ask if they could work the cash register and they said no. Another one wiping down games which is appreciated. 2 other ones on their radios. They would see us and just look around looking lost. We finally had to get a bit rude for the manager to come help us because apparently she works in the kitchen as well as in the front. Clearly they are under staffed or staff is not trained in multiple areas. The manager was very nice and helpful. The games available were pretty standard. The prize counter has very limited with cheap choices. We ordered pizza and if things could not get any worse the pizza looked like a quesadilla and was as hard as a rock. Salad bar had a good variety of options. Clean bathrooms and clean location. Chuck E Cheese never came out. Wont be coming back.
